Sonia Sonique Smith

I'm a martial arts instructor with lots of experience in fitness. I teach martial arts, dance, and fitness, and I'm also a mom of two grown-up boys. I know how important it is to learn life skills from a young age. My passion is helping people, especially young ones, feel more confident and believe in themselves. Let's start this journey together, supporting each other and spreading positive energy. Excited to get started!
